Without the carrying case, can SimplyGo be used?

Yes, it is possible to use the SimplyGo portable oxygen concentrator in as well as out of the included carrying case. Using the Velcro cover on the back of the bag, it can also be connected to the optional mobile cart. It can also be worn over the shoulder or taken by the handle.
