Shipping Policies
Do you offer free shipping over $99?
Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $99 shipped to the lower 48 states (except for Nevada). The free shipping method is UPS or USPS ground shipping. If you place your order by 3:30pm Monday-Friday and supply us with your prescription, we aim to ship the same day. Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days. If it has not arrived after 5 business days, please contact us with your name and order number.
Note: All orders should receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders can be tracked via the shipping provider.
For expedited shipping, we use UPS. This option can be selected at checkout. Final shipping costs can also be reviewed at checkout.
Do you ship to a P.O. box?
Yes. Orders being delivered to P.O. boxes can only be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping rates apply. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Concentrators, nebulizers and other devices are typically shipped via UPS. If you are ordering a concentrator or other home medical equipment, please provide a physical address.
What shipping options are available for orders under $99?
All orders within the United States will be shipped using USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. The Oxygen Concentrator Supplies Shop does not currently ship to Nevada. If the order is under $99 or if a coupon code or promotion is applied that invalidates the free shipping option, we recommend using USPS Priority Mail. Packages typically arrive within 1-3 business days to any address in the continental US. All concentrators, nebulizers and batteries must be shipped UPS and will be insured by UPS. If expedited shipping is not required, we recommend First Class Mail as an affordable option. First Class Mail takes 3-6 business days in transit.
Can stand-alone batteries be shipped overseas or via an expedited shipping method?
No. All batteries are FAA approved for in-flight use. However, due to regulations, batteries cannot ship as cargo and therefore, shipping cannot be expedited. All batteries must ship via ground only.
Do you ship internationally?
Certain manufacturers are unable to be shipped overseas. Please contact us with any questions.
International orders will be shipped Priority US Mail International unless a different shipping method is selected. Delivery time is 6-10 business days, however, we cannot account for time spent in customs or with local carriers.
If you are interested in a quicker shipping method, we offer Express Mail International. Delivery is 3-5 business days, but again, this does not account for time spent in Customs or with local carriers.
Due to the unpredictability of international shipments, delivery times and additional fees for international orders can vary. Please contact us for any questions concerning international shipping.
All tracking information will be provided via an email shipping confirmation.
Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for international customers who refuse delivery or mail back a shipment to us. It is the responsibility of our international customers to understand duties, fees, and taxes that may occur in Customs before placing their order.
What happens if there was an error in shipping?
Any shipping discrepancy or error including wrong or missing items must be reported to The Oxygen Concentrator Supplies Shop within 2 days of delivery. Please reach out to us on email, chat, or call us at 888-941-1688. If all representatives are busy, please leave a message with your name, a valid phone number, and your order number and we will return your call as quickly as possible. If you leave a message after 5pm EST, we will reply the following business day. Alternatively, we can be reached via email at ocs@oxygenconcentratorsupplies.com anytime and the time of receipt will be noted. The Oxygen Concentrator Supplies Shop will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments discovered after 2 days.
