This filter kit is for use on the Respironics Millennium M10, M600, M605 Oxygen Concentrators
This filter kit fits a Respironics Millennium M10, M600, and M605 oxygen concentrators. The kit includes the following filters:
- Universal Compressor Filter (HCF100), comparable to OEM H620
- Foam Pre-Filter (F168C), comparable to OEM H618
- Foam Cabinet Filter with Tabs (F691WC), comparable to OEM H619
Oxygen Concentrator Filter Life:

Most inlet or intake filters will last 1 year, depending on the environment the concentrator is used in. Refer to your owners manual for the location of the filter and visually inspect it periodically. If the intake filter or felt filter is visually dirty, it needs to be replaced.

Cabinet filters are reusable. Every filter should be washed monthly with soap and warm water. Dry the filter thoroughly before replacing it in the unit and using. These filters will deteriorate over time, so they must be visually inspected for cracks and breaks. Replacement can be from 3 months to a year.
