The Philips Respironics Cough Assist T70 cannot be operated while in its carrying case.
The T70 Carry Case makes it easier to take the CoughAssist T70 on an airplane. The CoughAssist T70 is compliant with FAA requirements and is allowed to be used aboard all commercial airlines landing or taking off in the USA. It is best to bring evidence of compliance along when traveling by air and to pack the user manual in the carrying case. Applying a label to the bottom of the device showing it is medical equipment may help speed up the security process. If you are checking your T70 device, it should be put into a hard protective suitcase as the carrying case will not protect it.
