Can I connect the SimplyGo Mini to a CPAP machine?

No, you cannot. The SimplyGo Mini is pulse dose mode only. In order to connect any concentrator to a CPAP machine, the concentrator has to deliver oxygen on continuous mode. All home concentrators are continuous mode but only some portable oxygen concentrators are continuous mode capable .
