How To Safely Troubleshoot Common Issues?

The Precision Medical EasyPulse POC3 comes with built-in alarms to alert users when something is not working properly. An alarm indicator LED is located on the bottom right of the control panel. A green LED indicates that the oxygen concentrator is functioning properly and is ready to use. A yellow LED indicates a medium-priority alert while a red LED indicates a high-priority alert.

Examples of alarms include: no breath detected, breath rate exceeded, abnormal functionality, or device failure. To troubleshoot an alarm, reference the user manual. If a solution cannot be determined, contact our customer care team for assistance.
