Oxygen Concentrators are only eligible for return within 7 days of delivery with under 10 hours of use. If the concentrator is not meeting your needs, please contact us to discuss a replacement. We reserve the right to manage returned concentrators on a case-by-case basis.

The Philips Respironics SimplyGo Mini is a Pulse Dose Oxygen Concentrator. Pulse dose concentrators deliver oxygen on inhalation. It is not a continuous flow. Pulse Dose is ideal for treating respiratory conditions that do not require a high LPM (liters of oxygen delivered per minute). Oxygen concentrators can only be returned within 7 days of the original ship date and with less than 10 hours of use. A 15% return processing fee will be taken from the original payment before a credit is issued. All returns must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
